The X-Pert femoral implant perpetuates the Charnley cemented stem concept.

The X-PERT® stem meets standardized manufacturing specifications and offers an extensive range to adapt to all morphologies (108 different possibilities). It is also compatible with ceramic, dual mobility, polyethylene, and cementless cups.
X-PERT implants are Class III implantable medical devices indicated for primary total hip arthroplasty (THA) or partial hip arthroplasty (PHA).
X-PERT implants are covered by health insurance.
The surgeon is explicitly invited to carefully read the instructions provided in the user manual included in the packaging of the IMD, as well as the surgical technique manual provided upon product implementation.
